As one of the leading High Street banks, Barclays have recognised the need to provide accessible business managers at regional branches to support their business customers.

In addition, compared to other banks, Barclays take a very pragmatic approach in addressing issues that exist within their clients in today's market place.

HCBA provide the "business support" to Barclays clients that is required outside of the financial aspects of business that banks are more than able to address.

This works very successfully providing a holistic view of a business with the sole aim of developing sustained, profitable growth in any organisation that engages our services.

Currently under development, HCBA are due to launch a strategic growth programme that addresses those companies that have been in business for a number of years and seem to have stagnated, not being able to take that next step in growing turnover and profitability.
